Who’s In?
If you’re a tutor with no existing HMO coverage through EDGE Tutor, this is for you. But to qualify, you’ve got to hit these targets for three consecutive months:
86 hours per month (We know you can do it).
Zero missed classes – be the lesson hero!
Less than 1% substitution rate – no cancellations, no no-shows.
No complaints from students, clients, or anyone else.
What’s In It For You?
If you hit all the right notes, you’ll score the iCare ER All-in 80 Deluxe health coverage, which includes:
Emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services – the full treatment.
Coverage for doctor-prescribed tests and consultations.
No cash-out required at accredited clinics and hospitals nationwide.
Up to ₱80,000 in coverage to handle emergencies, accidents, or even something as common (but unpleasant) as pneumonia.
How Does It Work?
Here’s the lowdown: You’ve got to hit the target for three months in a row, and then you’ll be rewarded with your health coverage. The first batch of qualifying tutors will get their rewards in January 2025 tracking tutor performance starting October 1, 2024.
You’ll get an email on the 15th of each month with all the details on how to claim your reward.
Simple, right?
Can You Qualify More Than Once?
Absolutely! This is an ongoing program, so as long as you meet the requirements, you can qualify again. But, a quick heads-up – you can only claim the reward once per calendar year.
Example: If you get your reward in January 2025, your next chance will be January 2026 based on your performance from October to December 2025.
Already Got an HMO Plan?
No worries! If you’re already covered, you can still get in on the action. You can stack the iCare coverage with your existing plan. Use the iCare plan first, then switch to your regular HMO plan after.
